Ukraine’s frontline defence strains Russian forces

At least two people have been killed in Russian drone and missile strikes near Kiev. As diplomatic efforts stall, Ukraine is intensifying its defensive operations to damage Russian forces while limiting their territorial gains. Drone warfare has turned parts of the frontline into controlled kill zones, forcing Russia to send smaller infiltration teams to bypass Ukraine’s surveillance. Our correspondent Randolph Nogel spoke with Ukrainian anti-infiltration teams working on the frontline in Donetsk.
