Online child grooming: Why should the Online Safety Bill be passed into law?

Andy Burrow’s from the Molly Rose Foundation joined Sky News to discuss worrying new statistics regarding online child grooming. There has been an 82% increase in sexual communication with child offences since 2017, with 73% of crimes involving Snapchat and Meta-owned sites. He said, “This is heavily preventable” and blamed companies’ “commercial decisions not to invest in children’s safety”.
