Russia said Wednesday that everyone on board a military transport plane – reportedly carrying dozens of captured Ukrainian soldiers – had died after the aircraft crashed near the border with Ukraine.

According to him, Kyiv knew about the upcoming exchange and “how the prisoners would be delivered.” But… “Important Stories” and “Mediazona” are reporting that the fallen IL-76 was flying from the border of Ukraine and not in the direction towards Ukraine.
