Ryan Wellings has been jailed for six-and-a-half years after being found guilty of assault and coercive and controlling behaviour of his partner.
Wellings was cleared of Kiena Dawes’s manslaughter by a jury at Preston Crown Court earlier in the week.
Ms Dawes left a note saying "I was murdered" before she took her own life on 22 July 2022.
