Thai negotiator: Remaining hostages from Thailand can’t be released without a ceasefire I DW News

DW Asia Pacific Bureau Chief Georg Matthes spoke to Thai politician Areepen Uttarasin, who went to Tehran in November 2023 to successfully negotiate for the release of 23 Thai hostages abducted by Hamas. He told DW that the release of the remaining eight hostages would not be possible without a ceasefire.
