Transport secretary Mark Harper has refused to say whether he thinks the Conservatives will win the general election.
When asked by Trevor Phillips repeatedly if the Tories do believe they can win, Mr Harper refused to answer the question and said his party are "fighting for every vote."
"I know what all the polls say, but it’s about what people do when they’re actually voting," he added.
