How are professional athletes adapting to extreme heat? – BBC News

The last Olympics in Tokyo were one of the hottest on record, with more than a hundred athletes suffering heat-related illnesses.

To avoid a similar situation at the Paris Olympics this summer, more and more athletes are adopting heat-training strategies to get ahead of the competition.
