Russia accused of downing Azerbaijan Airlines flight

Azerbaijani officials now believe Russia mistakenly downed an Azerbaijan Airlines flight on Wednesday. At least 38 people were killed after the passenger jet crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Oubai Shahbandar reports.
