Sirens were heard across Tel Aviv in the early hours of January 14 as Israeli defence systems attempted to intercept a missile launched by Yemen’s Houthis, according to an Israeli army statement, which said "the missile was likely intercepted" after several attempts.
Yemen’s Houthis launched missile and drone strikes on Tel Aviv on January 13, with the group’s military spokesperson saying the strikes "achieved its objectives successfully."
