Mediators in Qatar say Israel and Hamas are closing in on a ceasefire deal in Gaza. Officials involved in the talks say Hamas has accepted a draft truce agreement, that would secure the release of dozens of hostages. Another 17 people died overnight in Israeli air strikes, according to medics in Gaza.
