• So let me get this straight. The insurance companies canceled their policies weeks before the fires. Their homes are now burnt down. The state municipality says they have to pay property taxes. The banks say they still have to pay for the house . This is an overt land grab  World Halll of Fun
• Add to that, that Black Rock is now going door by door to purchase the land and giving attractive offers . All this stuff looks carefully planned and executed. – Tge other Perspective
• Funny how the assessed property value is based chiefly on the appraisal of the home that was just burnt down…that’s what attracted buyers, not the fing dirt.. fcking clown show
• Of course they have to pay their mortgage it’s a loan. The insurance companies pulled out based on risk since California doesn’t mitigate risk of fire and the goverment of California made sure the insurance companies couldn’t afford to cover the risk
