Congolese M23 rebels say 11 people were killed during a rally of their supporters in eastern DRC. The event, attended by the group’s leaders, was hit by explosions and gunfire.
The rebels have blamed the Congolese government. Zanem Nety Zaidi reports from Bukavu.
