French President Emmanuel Macron plans to discuss sharing France’s nuclear deterrence with its European allies. He made the announcement during a nationally televised address to the nation, in which he expressed uncertainty over the trans-atlantic partnership with the U-S, as Washington moves closer to Moscow.
