French President Emmanuel Macron condemned Israel’s blockade of humanitarian aid to Palestine’s Gaza and renewed calls for an immediate ceasefire during remarks at the UN Ocean Conference in Nice, France.
Macron also addressed the situation of French activists aboard the Madleen, stating that the French government had engaged diplomatic channels to ensure the activists received consular protection and were safely returned home.
