Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories, spoke exclusively to TRT Balkan about the sanctions imposed on her by the United States.
The US has accused her of abusing her mandate to advocate for International Criminal Court action targeting American and Israeli officials, companies and executives.
The sanctions come just days after Albanese published a report naming companies allegedly enabling Israel’s occupation of Palestinian land.
