France’s top court has ruled parts of a controversial new agricultural bill, approved by parliament last month, are unconstitutional. That includes the reintroduction of a pesticide found to have harmful effects on bees and humans. While many farmers support the law and hope it will make their lives easier, others are firmly against it. Victoria Innes explains.
