The prison sentence given to a teenager who was found guilty of killing an 80-year-old dog walker in a park in Leicestershire will not be increased.
Bhim Kohli was found lying on the ground in Franklin Park, near Leicester, on 1 September last year and died the next evening of a spinal cord injury.
