Lawmakers in Texas have passed a highly controversial bill aimed at helping Republicans win more seats in next year’s national congressional elections. The so-called “redistricting” has been strongly opposed by the opposition. However, Democrats are fighting back, starting in California, where they are planning their own redistricting efforts.
