European leaders have gathered in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, following a series of airspace violations across the continent—most of which have been blamed on Russia. Many European powers have also expressed support for using frozen Russian assets to provide Ukraine with a loan of around 160 billion dollars, an act the Kremlin has condemned as ‘theft.
