At least 20 out of the 42-boat Global Sumud Flotilla have been illegally intercepted by Israeli forces on international waters. The interception is a violation of both international and maritime laws. As of 0500GMT on October 2, the remaining 22 vessels were still sailing towards Gaza’s coast.
