A man has been jailed for life after being found guilty for murdering his girlfriend in a hot tub on the Shetland Islands.
Aren Pearson, 41, repeatedly stabbed Claire Leveque, 24, at his mother’s home in Sandness on 11 February 2024.
The murder was described by detectives as a "truly horrifying assault".
