Sky’s Thomas Moore has been to Dumfries in Scotland to meet a herd of "cool cows" – calves which are being bred to burp out less methane to reduce global warming.
Special hoods are strapped to their heads to detect which produce the least methane, then they are bred with each other using IVF to create a methane-efficient herd.
