When the RSF paramilitary seized Sudan’s Al Fasher, there were fears for the safety of civilians still in the city. Those fears are now a reality with reports of atrocities, including at the main maternity hospital where at least 460 people have been killed. The RSF chief has brazenly confirmed the violations, declaring Sudan will be unified through peace or war. Kristina Simich reports.
