Just hours after the first trilateral meeting between Russia, Ukraine and the US, Moscow launched a massive missile and drone attack on Kiev and Kharkiv, killing one person and injuring 23 others. The Russian strikes have also left many Ukrainians without heating or power under freezing temperatures. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is now expected to issue a state of emergency in the energy sector. Shadia Edwards-Dashti reports from Kiev.
