German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has posted a clip on social media featuring a penguin promoting the European Union’s core values. The clip stresses key EU principles including loyalty, competition and freedom. But the video also appears to have the US in its sights, criticizing bullying against a backdrop that looks like Greenland.
