Trump has announced he’s reducing tariffs on India from 50 to 18 percent, because India has agreed to stop buying Russian oil. But that’s not been confirmed so far by either India or Russia. Though Russian crude imports to India have fallen, it’s still the country’s biggest supplier of oil.
