CCTV footage captured the shocking moment a man violently grabbed a one-year-old child at a shopping mall in Bergamo, Italy, in a failed kidnapping attempt on February 14.
Italian police said responding officers quickly arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect, who is set to be charged with attempted aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.
The child was later found to have sustained a fractured femur as a result of the incident.
