A new roadmap has been approved by the Turkish Parliament on the way forward to ensure the dissolution and disarmament of the PKK terrorist organisation. The National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission has produced its final report as part of a process already lasting more than a year. Our correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports.
