An AI-generated tabloid magazine cover online claimed to show President Emmanuel Macron and Iranian-French actress Golshifteh Farahani together. The fake cover builds on claims from a new book about the Macrons by a French journalist, who alleges the pair had a “platonic” relationship, with one message from Macron reading “I find you very pretty.” Allegedly, it prompted the now infamous "slap" by Brigitte Macron, as the couple exited the plane in Hanoi. Vedika Bahl explains in Truth or Fake.
