The Board of Peace was founded by US President Donald Trump, to promote global peacebuilding and regional diplomacy. Critics see it as an attempt to establish a rival to the United Nations. With 27 member states, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Türkiye, the group has also taken on a role overseeing the Gaza Peace Plan. Bassam Bounenni reports.
