Polish President Nawrocki highlighted the long-standing friendship between Poland and Türkiye while speaking at a joint press conference with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on June 23. He noted that Türkiye was the only country that never formally recognized the partitions of Poland and it’s erasure from the map of Europe. Nawrocki also announced he will attend the upcoming NATO summit in Ankara.
