Africa’s biggest dam is running. So why are millions still in the dark? | DW News

Ethiopia built Africa’s biggest dam but more than half its people still have no reliable power. The surplus is flowing south to Kenya instead, where a growing tech economy needs exactly what Ethiopia has to sell.
