The UK has finally published it’s delayed plan for defence spending. An extra 20 billion-dollars will be spent over the next 4 years but its only half of what the Ministry of Defence was asking for and it doesn’t guarantee the UK will meet its Nato spending commitment of 5 percent of GDP on defence by 2035.
