At least eight Palestinians have been killed, including a woman, a child, and the head of a police station in Jabaliya after Israeli airstrikes and gunfire struck northern and southern Gaza.
Israel said it targeted suspected militants in Jabaliya and Khan Younis but provided no evidence.
Despite the fragile ceasefire agreed to last October, Israeli strikes have continued across Gaza, with local health officials reporting more than 1,100 Palestinians killed since the truce took effect.
