The race to dominate artificial intelligence may be running into a problem that has nothing to do with chips. Microsoft is reportedly sitting on millions of AI chips that cannot be fully deployed because there simply isn’t enough electricity and infrastructure to power them. Abdulvehab Ejupi reports.
