WHO warns Ebola outbreak needs more resources

The World Health Organization says the rapid spread of the Ebola virus in central Africa can still be brought under control, but only if it is given sufficient resources. With more than 2,000 people dead – the current outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is the second deadliest in world history. Delayed detection, overwhelmed surveillance teams, armed conflict and a lack of vaccines are all contributing to the crisis. Paul Hawkins has more.
