More than 11,200 Palestinians, including women and children, remain missing or unaccounted for in Gaza since Israel launched its genocidal war on the enclave in October 2023, according to the Palestinian Justice Ministry.
The figure includes those buried under rubble, missing during evacuations, or detained by Israel.
