Three officers from Ukraine’s military intelligence agency HUR were wounded in a shootout with Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) personnel in Kiev’s Dniprovskyi district on September 2. CCTV footage shows servicemen arguing beside a black SUV before gunfire erupted, with several officers seen collapsing. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the incident “absolutely shameful,” ordered internal investigations and dismissed a senior SBU official as prosecutors examine the circumstances.
