Haya Adam is set to become the first student in the UK to be expelled from SOAS University while still in the midst of her studies, for standing up for Palestine. One of the organisers of one of the world’s longest-running university encampments, Haya is challenging SOAS over the institution’s deep ties to Israeli weapons companies and investments linked to Israel.
