Civilians have been told: “You must evacuate your home immediately and head to the south Gaza valley” in a leaflet drop over Gaza City. Among the instructions on the leaflets is a sentence which reads: “It is forbidden to approach the security wall and anyone who approaches it exposes himself to death.”
