NATO boss Mark Rutte has warned that Ukraine must be supplied with more military aid ahead of any potential peace talks with Russia.
Speaking ahead of a meeting of the alliance’s foreign ministers, he said Kyiv was facing "another crucial winter" and President Putin "was not interested in peace".
He called on NATO countries to stop debating what a potential peace process could look like, and concentrate on arming Ukraine.
