Ukrainian authorities have said that drone attacks have damaged hospitals and residential buildings across the country, reportedly killing at least two people. The attacks came immediately after the US and Russian Presidents had reportedly agreed to a ceasefire that would stop assaults on energy infrastructure. TRT World’s Joel Flynn has more from Kiev.
