Leaders around the world have begun reacting to Donald Trump’s announcement that his administration would introduce sweeping tariffs on all on all imports into the US. Trump said he would impose a 10% baseline tariff on all imports and higher duties on some of his country’s biggest trading partners and key international allies. It’s being seen by many as a ratcheting up of the trade war started by Trump upon his return to office.
