The suspect in the shooting has been identified as Robin Westman, multiple senior law enforcement officials have told our US partner network NBC News.
Police said earlier that the suspect was in their early 20s, had a limited criminal history and shot themselves dead after the attack (see 17.10 post).
Officials have also told NBC that the suspect posted videos online with writings referencing suicide, "extremely violent thoughts and ideas", an apology to their family and a handwritten sketch of the interior layout of a church.
