A detainee has died and another is critically injured after a rooftop sniper opened fire at a Customs Enforcement facility in Texas. Authorities say the suspected gunman has also died from a self-inflicted wound. The FBI believes it to be a targetted attack, and are suggesting there may be an ideological motive behind it.
