An improvised explosive device found on the Capitol grounds

At least one improvised explosive device has been found on the Capitol grounds, according to law enforcement sources. The Washington DC National Guard have been called in by the Mayor to aid local police, and a curfew has been imposed to help restore control. The FBI have also been deployed to help protect a federal building.
