Palestinians in Gaza gathered around the wreckage of a vehicle destroyed in an Israeli air strike in Deir al-Balah that killed two officers traveling inside.
The Gaza Interior Ministry identified the officers as Col. Wael Mousa al-Ladawi, head of the Internal Security Directorate in central Gaza, and Maj. Ramez Tawfiq Abu Zureiq.
