Many of the leaders of those nations are gathering in Bishkek for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, with security, trade and regional development high on the agenda. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is also set to meet his Azerbaijani and Russian counterparts on the sidelines. Yunus Demiroglu reports from the Kyrgyz capital.
