A Palestinian girl was killed in an Israeli attack on Deir al-Balah in central Gaza on September 1, despite an ongoing ceasefire. Her body was brought to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital after the strike.
Israel has killed more than 1,320 Palestinians and injured more than 4,385 others since the ceasefire agreement took effect in October 2025, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
