French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu says local authorities will be able to reimpose targeted curfews on Tuesday night wherever they deem necessary. This comes after an overnight curfew in parts of Paris was lifted in the past hours, as the government tries to work out how to prevent more trouble in the days ahead. There was a heavy police presence around the central Les Halles district overnight and in the square where tens of thousands of protesters had gathered over the weekend. The Yellow Vest movement has called for another major demonstration on Saturday. President Emanuel Macron has demanded a full security review after weekend protests ended with stores looted and buildings ablaze. Baasem Bouneni reports.
